Won't start

Bought one, cord immediately became stuck and had to return it. Bought a second one and it won't start at all.

So Far So Good

Bought unit while in store picking up a shed kit i ordered. Unit was hands down the best feeling of all other brands and models. Feels ultra premium. Trigger and handle are awesome. I didn't even read a review before i bought it. was nervous after reading others negative views. It fired right up and has good power. I have a troybuilt weed wacker with same engine and no issues with that either. great value

Potential customer

Been reading reviews positive and negative there are mixed emotions about product. What i find un pleasing is that on the negative reviews craftman does not offer to repair or replace the damaged product...

What I disliked about this blower it was very noisy.

Less than a year of use.

We purchased this model in July of 2021. Our choices at the local Lowes were limited which was understandable. We have a .7 acre lot and we use our blowers frequently to maintain a tidy area around our house. Needless to say this was a poor choice as it is already broken. Pursuing suppirt through Craftsman/MTD has not been the easiest of processes yet it is most definitely a warranty concern. Keep moving and purchase sonething better.

Used less than four times broken over 90 days

Pull cord broke

Has been a good product up until now, had it about a year when the pull cord broke, it dosn't get excessive use

Not Strong enough to blow leaves, Hard to Start

If you need a blower strong enough to blow leaves, look elsewhere, this Craftsman blower will only frustrate and disappoint you. Starting this blower is exhausting- it takes about 40-60 pulls and 20-30 minutes just to get it started. You’ll have no energy left just to get the lawn done! There is no way this thing has an air speed out put of 200 mph like the specs state, my tiny electric blower has more power! As for its longevity, I have no idea because it’s going back to Lowes in the morning. H...

Inadequate for leaf blowing

I bought this 2 weeks ago. It is highly underpowered for blowing leaves. Get this if you only want to blow away grass clippings. I wish I could return it.

I NEVER SAW ANY PRODUCTS WITH THIS MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. SEEMS LIKE A PIECE OF JUNK.

Rope issues - seems to be a trend

I have had my unit less than a year and received it as a house warming gift (so no receipt). I came here to look at the warranty info to see what may be possible but it appears this is a common issue with the product. Rope pulled right out of the blower when I tried to start it and I am not a big guy. Buyer beware.

25 cc craftsmen leaf blower

Not vary strong blower it does the job for a small property. I used it for 3 months then the pull cord broke now its not been working.

cord breaks

cord broke on 5 use. I replaced cord thanks to U-tube and took 2 hours. Now i have it back together and it wont start. i lut new plug, gas, checked wires and nothing. peace of junk. Had a $65 polan that last 10 years then baught this as replacement.
