Awful blower, don't even consider buying.

Purchased this blower 7 months ago, and I have taken excellent care of it. The pull cord broke with moderate use, Craftsman and Lowes both declined warranty. Replaced the cord at my own expense, and then after using again the flywheel key sheared. Do not purchase this model. Thanks for nothing, Lowes and Craftsman. I've spent thousands in building a garage full of Craftsman tools only to be left high and dry the one time I asked for a warranty. Embarrassing.

Do not expect it to last beyond warranty

this is the second of these blowers I have had. the first on lasted almost a year beyond the 2 year warranty. the second lasted just under 2 years. when it ran it was strong and was easy to start. premixed gas ran well in it. when mixing your own it's a little picky but ran ok. not bad if you don't mind it being do disposable.

This blower is engineered to fail early

Craftsman used to be a good reliable brand name. Anymore they are going extremely downhill. Take this blower for instance. The way they engineered the pool cord. All the gas and oil was drip on it. If there’s a little leak or if you overfill the gas, it is guaranteed to go down and start to destroy the pull cord. There is no pulling the side off to simply and easily fix the pool cord. Bad product

I have had 2 total. First one years ago great product, The second one I have now once you run it for 5 or so minutes it will not start for hours. I also use pre mix fuel and keep air filter clean. We never by any more Craftsman again.

Do not buy this. Lowe’s needs to sell real brands

1) the pull chord is way too long 2) I could not get blower to start the second day of use. It is over flooding the spark plug 3) Lowe’s would not allow me to return this piece of junk because I didn’t return it in their acceptable time frame- which was impossible for me to do when they were closed the day before on Thanksgiving.

Don't waste your money..or you're time.

One of the worst leaf blowers I've ever owned, I bought this cuz I was in a pinch and I needed a leaf blower brand new out of the box will not start, and when it finally started it did not run well at all took forever to warm up.

Wear safty glass and be careful not to point tube

You get what you pay for. Good price, but not the CFM. I was thinking it blow harder than it would. Don't be fooled by the advertising.

Read the manual & don't use cheap oil !!!

I bought another for backup, because they all die someday, but I've read other reviews and I can assume a lot of people don't read the manual. You don't jerk the rope, you just pull it like pulling a wagon, I push the primer bulb 3 times and pull the rope 3 times on full choke, then half choke 2 pulls and it's running, every time, and never a broken rope ! As for the dirty gummy engine inside, I use brand name gas & oil and years down the road it's still amazingly clean inside! Ignorance is not ...
