Flawed Product

I’ve always been a fan of the Craftsman brand and still own a Craftsman zero-turn mower and a Craftsman weed trimmer—both of which have been solid and dependable. Unfortunately, this particular product fell short. I purchased this Craftsman B 2025cc 2-cycle gas handheld leaf blower on July 4, 2023, and it has been used fewer than seven times total. Good replacement for my previous Hitachi blower.

I like the power and light weight of the blower and is a good replacement for the similar green Hitachi RB24EAP blower that I've had for a long time (and love). I like the cruise switch which is an improvement over the Hitachi, but I really do not like the relatively smaller fuel tank.

This product is worth the price

Works great had to replace old one same brand had it for three and a half years

Will not start

No matter what I try. I can't get this blower to start. It's brand new off the box and will not start. Old one died a year after purchasing and the replacement won't work.

Won't start

Will not start. Turns over but will not start. Replaced spark plug and still nothing. Was running and cut off. Needless to say it is less than two years old.

Disappointed with Delivery and Description

This review is more of a reflection on Lowes than it is on Craftsman. This was my first experience shopping at Lowes, either in store or online. I ordered the leaf blower on Thursday, Dec. 4th and they promised delivery by Sunday, Dec. 7th. The issue at first was that when the 7th rolled around, they said it would be delivered on Tuesday, Dec. 9th. When Tuesday came, they said it would be delivered on Wednesday, Dec. 10th. Then, believe it or not, on Wednesday they said it would be delivere...

Delivery is Bait and Switch

The Lowes website said delivery on Sunday when I ordered it Thursday. Then on Sunday it said delivery would be on Tuesday. Now it is Tuesday and it says delivery tomorrow on Wednesday. Lowes delivery system is pathetic. Would not recommend. Never again will I do business with Lowes. Funny how Lowes and Losers are almost all the same letters. I picked one star because it won't let me pick zero.
