Not worth it

Had this for less than 8 months and isn't worth my money. First of all the Lowes $600+ for this is nuts when you can buy it for a hundred dollars less. Second, for get about getting it started in the winter even when you run it every three to four weeks to get the break in period done. We purchased this generator and after two days of use it will not stay cranked. Talked to Lowe’s and they are zero help….. only say since we put gas in it then it’s our problem, contact the manufacturer! You have been warned….. do not buy!

Perfect and quiet

Perfect during recent 3 day electricity outage. Powered refrigerator, freezer, modem, router, computer, monitors, television, and a few lights. Started 1st pull every time. Ran like a champ!

Works Great - Economy Button Can Be Added

This is a great rebranded Generac generator. There is no switch to toggle economy mode on and off, but you can easily add one. You will need to remove the four security screws on the front panel. Inside you will find a small plug hanging in there connected to nothing. This small plug has two small wires, one white and one gray. The product did not work as we expected. It would run like a old broke engine. Run, stop, run, stop and so on

Its useless

Generator does start on time. Takes 7 times to try before it starts. After just 3 weeks of purchases. It stopped starting. Honda products starts one try

The staff was amazing and so was the young man that open my Lowe’s credit card and saved $100 on our new generator for the Camper. As well the Air Force Vet that told us all about the craftsman suitcase Generator.

Only worked once

Used it once for 10 minutes. Removed the fuel and stored it back in the box. After some time, after a storm, it would not start. Complete junk. $600 down the toilet.

absolute piece of trash

this wouldn't start brand new. lowes won't take it back because it had gas put in it. how else are you supposed to start to run it
