I have bought 4 of these recently. The articulating head is able to put lots of light just where I need it. I highly recommend this light

Small light with big shine

Love this light. I own 3 of them. 3 options of intensity with an adjustable neck. Magnet on the base is very strong. I recommend for any use.

Flashlight too hot to touch!

I just replaced the batteries and when I turned it on, it was nice and bright for a few minutes. I turned it off and then turned it back on a few moments later. Not only did the light not come on, it got very hot to the touch in a matter of seconds. I removed the batteries to ensure I had them in the light correctly and they were in the right way. When I put the battery pack back in the flashlight, it immediately became very hot to the touch. Up to this point it had been a great light, but ...

battery destroyer

as long as you don't mind putting new batteries in it every time you need to use it; it's a great flashlight. but it is always dead when you go to use it.

Battery drain when off.

I purchased two of these lights as they seemes really nice. However beware thw batteries drain even when the light is off. I’ve went through a fortune in batteries.

A great little flashlight.

This is a fine small flashlight. The magnetic base makes it quick to mount on most ferrous surfaces and its swivel-neck feature is perhaps the handiest part, because you can angle it just right to hold a beam just where you want it while you do work.

If I could give negative stars I would. Fresh batteries last about three days of non-use. Serious flaw. I bought four, when they work they are great. They just eat batteries while turned off.

Decent Light, But failed me

I recently purchased one of these flashlights. It looked decently made, worked well and overall was glad to have it on-hand. However, after some light use and turning the swivel a few times, it has failed. The swivel mechanism has become detached from the body of the flashlight and no longer functions as intended. Pretty Good Flashlight

No flashlight is the be all end all flashlight, but this one's pretty good. It uses easy-to-find AAA batteries. The swivel is handy in different situations. The magnet is handy too. Nice price for what you get. One criticism is that there are four light settings when two would have been just fine. This makes you cycle through the setting when you turn it off and on. Small complaint though. Would buy again if it was lost. Would buy again if it was stolen, but I'd keep a better eye on it....

Very versatile

This is a truly durable light. The beam is great on high or low and the extra ambient feature is great for just the right light for camping.

Like title says, if you are reading this and you spend ANY amount of time working on a car, just buy it. Even if you dont need it right now, just buy it. the head swivels so that you can shine the light where you need it, meanwhile the magnetic base is strong enough to hold it in place rightside up, hanging upside down, sideways. if you bump it with your elbow, your biggest problem will be if it turned, because chances are slim that it gets knocked off.
