Craftsman Makes a Comeback

I’ve been buying a few Craftsman products recently and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality. After a couple years of testing their recent product offerings, I’m calling them the Honda of the tool world. They’re affordably priced and consistently deliver solid performance. You won’t impress your Festool buddies, but your wallet will appreciate you. This level is well made, and 30% less than the comps. Another win for Team Red.

Great Craftsman level product

I purchased item for my husband. It is a good quality product. He used it to put up item on wall. Great Craftsman product and it waa a great price too. I read all the previous reviews to make my decision. Glad I chose this for my husband’s Valentine’s Day gift.

All levels on the market are grossly overpriced. The most expensive ones available are still inaccurate. If you doubt me, check any one by putting it on a solid flat surface, observing the bubble, then flip it over (in place) and see if the bubble is in the same spot. Or...stack a few of them...They should all read the same, but never do. And unlike good levels from years ago, you can’t calibrate them yourself. Bottom line... I buy the ones that don’t appear to be pure junk, don’t have virtu...

Crafstman Box Beam Level

Good Product

Very sturdy however, for some reason it wouldn’t level things out properly. Went back to exchange and everything checks out this time

well built level

This is a very nice well built level by Craftsman. I have been using an old one for too long, and nice to have a good quality 2 foot level to use when I don't have room for my 4 footer.

Craftsman 48

After purchasing in the store, I brought it home. Upon rotation you can hear a broken piece inside the level. Took it back and bought a Dewalt 48 with magnets, way better construction.

not accurate

only do a few small projects a year around my home.i realized the horizontal levelness was not even close. very unhappy with purchase.

Great Level

This level was perfect for the job we needed!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a good sturdy level.

Good price

Standard box beam level. Like that one side of box beam has magnet.

Spirit level

Had another level that was new. It was level in one direction only. I now check level in both directions to make I have a good one.

Durable and comfortable

The impact absorbing end caps on this level are really nice. It feels stable when you set it down on it's end, and has a couple nice little carry handles as well. As far as accuracy, I can't say I've done any comparisons but it seems to do the trick. And great price point as well
