Works good, blade storage pivots, easy blade swap

Bought for my team.

I bought them for my team as we are constantly opening boxes. They love them especially witht he quick blade change. Extend blade forward, then push the button and pull it out. Holds 5 blades in the handle and surprisingly they're not a nightmare to get out. My team loves them and they've been a vast improvement over the ones they had originally. Buy the two pack if you need more than one and it's craftsman, so lifetime warranty! What's not to love.

Sharp Knife

Really like the way it fits my hand. Opens and closes very smoothly.

What directions?

I don't understand the quick change aspect of this since I tried on both and had to end up opening them up to put the blade in. When you open it up the parts all come out and you spend more time trying to line up the three different parts of the knife to get it to close again and finally be able to open the blade the full length. Next time I will stick with the old design and get the job done quicker. Put the benefits and instructions on the packaging>

Quick change? Piece of crap

Seriously? They cannot print a couple how to change pictures on the back of the cardboard? I can just see someone on a work site spending 30 minutes looking for the parts when they open this up. This made in the U.S.A. tool is as Bad as a china made one. Had to bend parts to get the first blade to seat. Putting a blade into the second knife was as frustrating as the first. Just a reminder of what craftsman has become.

This is a well-made knife, with an easy retractable played system.

No instructions. Hard to switch blade.

packaging says instructions are on this site but they are not. Easy to fall apart when try to install a blade.

Quick Change is a joke.

Two pieces of junk. Takes five minutes too put a new blade in. The blade storage compartment is a waste. Too many parts to line up when changing blades. Stick with simple.

Utility knife, cheep made not worth the money

easy insert and function is a joke, I ended up tossing this knife in the trash, just kept the razor plates

Bad design has flaw

Changing blades is a big hassle its looks like some design flaw, it doe hold blade sometime and sometime it does not hold, there is some problem with it. Grip is good for this blade. And comes up with few blades to start with. Blades are sharp and cuts clean.
