Nice as expected but with one small disappointment

Made In USA craftsman in 2024, might sound too good to be true but it's real. It's nothing crazy special, just a decent utility knife. My only complaint is that a few of the extra blades were slightly rusty when I opened the package shortly after purchase. You'd think with all the goop they smear on them that this wouldn't be an issue but it was for the one I purchased. Other than that, I'd have given it 5 stars.

Where are the instructions?

Obviously no one from Craftsman has taken the review’s seriously. No instructions on how to load the blades. I will be returning them

Bought the Two Pack; Each Had Only One Blade!

I like the fit and finish, but each box cutter had only one blade, despite saying it has three blades in each box cutter. The accessory compartment was empty, as was the rest of the packaging (which was sealed from the factory). I can't believe that Craftsman is so stingy.

This is the hardest knife I've ever had to put together. Took about 10 min of trying and retrying. I love Craftsman products, but find another utility knife.

Fantastic utility knife

I'm a big fan of this knife. It just has a lot of great design aspects to it. It feels great in the hand, fits great in a tool pouch or pocket, the size is just right. It feels solid and purposeful, no extra frilly features. To change the blade you push the little black button and pull the blade out, simple. Some reviewers can't seem to figure that out. My one gripe is about the blade position detents. The blade can stop where about .25" of the blade is sticking out. You might think visually you...

TERRIBLE - The two halves are impossible to put together once you insert the blade. Also the device does not allow you to insert the blade as designed.

Not at all easy to Install blade

While the concept ii is not easy to install the blade. The black button that needs to be pushed in is to difficult to keep depressed while trying to load the blade. An accident waiting to happen. Returning it for Craftsman straight grey utility knife. One screw to open and replace blade..

Knife works great and then the blade wears out in about 3-7 days. It’s a good value pack and works for small stuff but if your using this as a work knife spend a little more for something better

I'm an engineer and could not figure out how to change the blade. If I can't do it in 30 seconds, I don't need it. It got returned.

Exactly what I wanted..bonus that 2 was a great price. One for upstairs and downstairs! Could be a little clearer on how to put the blade in, but I got it. Nice that there are replacement blades as well.
