Wrong Assembly Description!!!

I ordered this kit because it said it was screws!! when I picked it up it had nails!! I need this project for a badge requirement that had the child needed to build with screws. Even the picture had screws in the package and in the description it said: Items Required for Assembly Screwdrivers

A good easy project to get the little ones involve

Built this with my grandson. Easy to build, even for a 7 year old.

Spend some time with your kids

My nephew loved putting the race car together. When it was done he asked if I had another one to put together. I since purchases two more sets to put together.

Easy 5 minute craft you can do with a 5 year old

I put this together with my 5 year old in about five minutes. He only hit my fingers with the hammer a couple of times. You only need a hammer to put the kit together, nails are included. The materials were consistent and of solid quality.

Cool concept but not the greatest execution

Neat idea to build something with a child. Car was cool and everything was there, except the hammer needed to nail things together. My gripes were that some of the drill holes weren't aligned properly, so once nailed in, pieces were crooked. Also the stickers were on such cheap paper that it was nearly impossible to separate the sticker from the backing paper. The adhesive was stronger than the backing so they were prone to tearing. 4 year old built it by herself

My granddaughter looks for a new building kit each time we go to Lowes.

Daughter loves it.

Bought for my daughter who loves to work with me. she is 6 and has her own tools, after she built 3 items (car, money bank and birdhouse) she declared herself a complete builder.

grandkids project

This car was easier for my 6 year old grandson than for my 5 and 4 year old grandsons. Getting them their own lowes kid hammer helped, the small adult hammer was just too hard for them. I did have to predrill the nail holes for the nails to go easier for them, before I did this they had problems with the nails going in straight. Inexpensive, yet good project for kids

As are many of Lowe’s kids assembly project kits, this did not disappoint. I can buy these things and my kids get a few minutes of enjoyment assembling them. Their nothing intricate or special, they just are what they are - a great little hands-on thing for kids to do that gets them a few moments away from a screen.
