Love this printer
So far we are 100% satisfied with this printer. It was a little difficult to learn how to turn it off but just hold the on/off button 10 seconds or so and it will turn off. Other than that, this printer prints crystal clear, totally satisfied. I would buy it again and recommend it to any one.

Brother Replaces HP!
My new Brother MFCL2820DW replaced a five year old HP printer and I am absolutely delighted with the quality and ease of use. The video and print tutorials are far superior to HP. Set up was also a breeze. Well done Brother.

A great printer, with quick wifi response. It's very quiet, and has dark, legible characters. A great product with a responsive service team.

Maybe should do more research?
A few things I do not like about this printer: 1. It makes too much noise when printed. 2. Everytime I turn my computer on or wake it up I have A update notice it automatically begins to update but never completes. I have to stop it using task manager.

Waste of material.
Printer itself is not bad. It goes through toner very fast, and you are required to swap it before it is fully depleted. Waste of material and money.
