Not sure what a "5-Star" rating would entail, since I'm not sure what else this product "could do" as opposed to what it "does do". The rigid part of the duct is flexible enough to fit through some tight spots, but rigid enough not to crumple up when pushed. Would RecommendTHIS WAS EASY TO DO, BUT HAD TO PUT SOME METAL DUCT TAPE ON TO HELP HOLD BECAUSE ZIP TIES WERE NOT GOING TO HOLD IT ALONE. THERE IS WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SMALLER OPENING OUTSIDE TO PREVENT STUFF FROM GETTING INTO TUBE. OVERALL GOOD FOR THE MONEY.
