Cheap Flimsy Garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought two of these filters over the past year, first the plastic one, then the chrome one. They have both failed in the same fashion. Water will begin leaking and spraying underneath the plastic collar that connects to the faucet. This isn't an issue with the seal with the faucet, the water comes from under the collar. At first I thought the problem was the rubber washer, but you can't buy just a replacement, you have to buy an entire new...

A bit Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 months ago. It worked wonderful at first but then all of a sudden it started leaking. I tried removing it and then re-installing it but that didn't work either. It sucks because it was great not having to purchase bottled water all the time and it was great for preparing my baby's bottles but I guess I'm back to square one again.

Very disappointed.. wasted my money twice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one I have bought in 6 months… after few weeks the rubber in the filter that is inside the attachment has broke and leaks water all over the place. Unable to use the filter side of the attachment because water leaks from the top. Sad that you can’t even go on to the website directly and buy a new filter to fit into the faucet or that the original unit only comes with one… so you have to buy a whole new unit. So not fair!!! ...

Tired of Water bottles!!!

Handle breaks easily

horrible product

Been using another filtration system for years successfully. however one brita and i am off this one. What a mess. and there is not working part to this that signifies how much has been used or if the filter needs replacement. my last one had a spot that showed usage. not this one. there is nothing to make me believe the device will let me know when it is used up....

I attached this to my washroom sink and it’s the best decision I ever made! My water is always fresh and tastes amazing… no more nasty chlorine flavour!
