Best Dishwasher Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough about how well this dishwasher has performed since we installed. Thankful that the red light shines from the bottom when running, because it is so quiet! The dishes and silverware come out sparkling clean and always dry. It has exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend purchasing!

DOES NOT DRY!!!

We paid extra for the “crystal dry” feature and have never had a dishwasher perform so poorly. The door is constantly dripping wet and if you wipe it down and leave it open to dry for a few hours, it will be covered in water once again in no time once you close the door. Bosch technician came out and said this is how Bosch works. Seriously? I have owned 2 other Bosch dishwashers in previous homes and they did not remain a wet mold-enticing mess between cycles. Excellent dishwasher

Great well designed & quiet dishwasher

Control logic only a German engineer could love

I guess I didn't pay enough for a GOOD dishwasher. The "stainless steel" front is easily scratched using a nylon scrubby pad (found that out the hard way) and gets stains and fingerprints all over it just by looking at it. I live alone and it takes a long time for me to accumulate a full load of dishes, so having a "Rinse Only" option was a must. Unfortunately, the only way to access this option is via the HomeConnect app. The instructions for pairing the machine to the app are completely wrong....

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is solidly constructed and cleans well. It's easy to use, and I like the 3rd rack feature. I'm still getting used to the loading lay out, as it's different from my last dishwasher.

I swear it holds more dishes than our previous dishwasher, we love the 3rd drawer and the cycles don't take as long! All in all a great investment!

Super Quiet, but disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is super quiet, love the red light on the floor so you know it's running! Disappointed in the bottom rack set up, and the much smaller utensil cady. It can't be positioned where I want it as it doesn't hook to the rail. The long back row of slots for plates is great, but the rest of the bottom rack seems awkward. The 2nd rack is kind of awkward as well . The top rack is great/roomy and fits ALOT of knives, spatuals's, etc.

Best dishwasher ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the quiewst dishwasher ever. You can't hear it at all. The dishes fit and stay upright. I got the original cutlery 3rd rack and it keeps the silverware organized.

Bosch dishwasher

Love Bosch being so quiet. The 3rd rack is a plus I use regularly. The configuration of the drawers was different than my old one but pushing down the extra tines helped. Don't really appreciate the small silverware rack and don't understand why it was changed. Would give 5 but for that change.

Finally got it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered our 500 sight unseen, it was back ordered but came in early. We did a self install and all has worked well. It has been everything it was advertised to be and more, it is quieter than expected. Our dishes sparkle, I have never seen anything like it. My watch tells me when the cycle has finished or we would never know because it has been so quiet. Great buy!

Wine glasses

Wine glasses are to long to fit in the middle tray. The lower tray does not have any support for the stems of the glasses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet, except when draining. Holds a fair amount of dishes, but not good for stemware--there is no place where they can stay upright (upside down). Cleans well. The utensil basket is too small--should be twice the size.

Has a 60 minute cycle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has been wonderful, but the main reason I bought it is the 60 minute cycle. Wonderful results! I was not successful getting it on-line properly and stopped trying due to lack of interest in this feature. Probably could have figured it out or asked for help, to be fair.

Happy with our purchase

We have had our dishwasher about a month. We decided to go with this one vs the 800 as it was cheaper and quieter. The only major difference is the top (3rd) rack is not adjustable and it does not have the same drying technology. Personally, a few dishes that are slightly damp isn't a deal breaker. It drys glass and metal fine, it's plastic that might be a little wet still after a cycle. Overall this dishwasher cleans very well, is so quite you don't know it is running and holds more dishes ...

Love my new dishwasher

This dishwasher is extremely quiet and was an improvement on the previous model that we had bought about five years ago.
