Everything is spotless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably the best dishwasher I've had to deal with. The layout for dishes and utensils were thoughtfully designed. I would also take them on their tip to use rinse aid. We noticed that the dishes would be a bit damp but if you use rinse aid everything will be clean and dry

Does not dry dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very quiet dishwasher BUT the dishes remain wet even after using Extra Dry. The inside of the door is bery wet after the cycle finishes. For this reason, I am disappointed in this "high end" dishwasher and only give it 3stars.

Can't hear it run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is so quiet that you can't hear it run. It is very roomy to accomedate large items. The top silverware tray is nice but putsy. The utensil basket in the bottom tray seems to only fit in one spot which takes up room to load plates.

Quietest Dishwasher Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been a fan of Bosch dishwashers for many years. Moved into the house a year ago and the existing Samsung finally gave out. Time for us to get what we really wanted! This 500 series dishwasher runs at 38 db and we would not know it's running without the red indicator on the floor. Combine that with superb cleaning, the separate silverware rack and adjustable rack and you have a real winner. Couldn't be happier!

Bosch 500 Dishwasher purchase

This dishwasher was worth every penny from the format of the racks to the quiet running motor (we barely know it's even running). The look is very classy in our kitchen. I'm surprised we didn't go with Bosch before!

NO AUTO AIR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically chose the 500 series because i wanted the auto air feature. Then, I decided to spend the little extra and also get the quietest in the series. It was not until I got it home and installed that I realised THIS model does not have the auto air. Quite a disappointment! That was the major reason I chose the 500 model! I am very disappointed that Bosch's marketing was not more clear!

Excellent cleaning

So Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch Dishwasher for over 25 years. It finally died and we researched many dishwashers but went to Bosh again. Yes it is costly but we're hoping it will last 25 years like our last one. This dishwasher is so quiet. It also cleans as it should and looks great. It takes some getting use to the controls on the door top. We have had it a few weeks and are very happy with our purchase

Bosch dishwasher review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hubby did a lot of due diligence on dishwashers and decided this would be the best. He's not wrong, dishes are sparkling when they come out and even some nasty pots came out spotless. I love how quiet it is, and the connectivity to my phone via wi-fi is awesome.

Poor Quality

This is our second dishwasher in 2 years. The first Bosch failed after 18 months. the cost to repair it was almost as much as new dishwasher so we replaced it with this one. The water pump failed on this one in less than 6 months.

Updating My Review

I purchased this dishwasher a few months ago. I complained that there was strong petroleum odor and that the dishwasher stainless steel walls had a lot of water droplets after running a cycle and not opening it until the unit was cooled completely. I am happy to report that the petroleum smell finally went away AND I switched the rinse aid to Cascade Power Dry 3 in 1. The different brand of rinse aid made all of the difference. Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher replacement

Because this model is no longer available, it was replaced with SHP9PCM5N. One of the features that really benefitted us was the top tray in the previous model. Overall positive on the first day

The installation by our appliance store contractor was fairly efficient and seamless. There is a bit of learning curve to use the features on this dishwasher. Looking forward to testing out all the wash cycles.

Amazing dishwasher

Trouble for seniors

The panel to start and select options is puzzling without good instructions. The labels are too small. But racks are awesome.
