Poor FM section, otherwise stellar

I may be out in the boonies, but all my other FM radios do not have any lack of sensitivity like this radio does. The music played from the SD card and USB drives is rich and clear. Bass response is excellent. Battery charging feature is really useful. Ruggedness is a definite plus.

For the money a really great unit,good sound

I would have given this five stars if the reception was a little better on the tuner. Unit is very robust, and doesn't get damaged on job site. Battery charger is kind of hard to get batteries in and out, Sound is pretty loud, and bass is very substantial for a smaller box. The additional electrical outlets are great, I recommend this unit

Barely used. Shuts off every 15 min on its own.Waste of money

This thing is amazing

Absolutely amazing sound. I don't know what I did without this. It goes everywhere with me and has never let me down. It's loud, tough and heavy. Great reception and charges my batteries as I work. Totally love it. I recommend the older version if you can still find it. Way more features than the Bluetooth one. You can't break this thing, not that I would ever try. Loud sound,durable but dated

It would be nice if Bosch updates its features by adding a blutooth receiver since the USB is only for charging. Almost all portable audio device in the market has it and it would make this marketable and microphone port would be nice too .

Best radio - Just learn how to use it

There seems to be a lot of confusion out there and negative reviews that are truly w/o merit. The radio functions as listed in the manual. I purposed an old android phone just to use with mine by hooking up the 3.5mm cable and using the USB jack to keep it powered, but you have to play around with the supplied 3.5mm cable and possibly source a known (confirmed to work with your specific phone) one till you get it to go. I too at first thought the supplied cable had an issue, so I ordered another...

Very good product but needs improving.

The plug in to connect my IPhone music player to the unit is inside a small compartment that is not easy to plug into. Heaven help a person with big hands. The IPod compartment is too small to be of any practical use such as actually putting an IPhone music player or anything else that size or larger in it to get it out of the rain or weather. I wanted to buy the 360D because it has more output wattage but could not find one. Music quality is excellent, quality is excellent on the 360S.

Best site radio

Had my Bosch 360 radio for 5 years until it stopped working. This radio didn't have an easy life either. Been thrown around the back yard. Left in the rain for hours a couple years ago. Played loud most working days. Beer has been spilt over it as well. Just replaced it, can't go wrong

Love my Music Machine

I had the model B4 this one. The cd went bad, so they offered me to trade it in for the 360S. I have had it for a year now. It sounds good and it has some nice features. The sd card slot and a plug in for cigarette lighter cords. You also have a USB port. I listen to my music on my sd card while I am working in my shop. This will be my last radio, unless it goes bad.

Awesome radio!

I've had my Bosch 360s for over 2 years now and its great! You can plug your phone or ipod etc into the aux jack or use the sd card or usb for music or just use the radio. The sound is great! Charge your phone with the cigarette lighter or use 1 of the 4 ac outlets, you can't charge it with the usb port, no big deal. This is, in my opinion the best work site radio out there.

still going strong

Have had for a few years now. It goes every where with me. "If the radio doesn't play, I don't stay" I would be completely lost if I had to work without music. This radio has been used 6 days a week, 8 or more hours a day, for over 3 years. If it ever does quit (which I don't see it happening anytime soon) I will go straight out and get another one.

Good radio for the most part

Love the radio the sound the options my biggest issue with it is dust gets everywhere in it cant read my screen anymore and media door broke hopefully theyll replace under warranty and if its too cold it wont work with battery

Sound is good, not great

Cons - I have 2 issues with this radio. For the price you pay it should have much louder and better sound. I have Bluetooth speakers that sound much better. The second problem I have is that it won't charge my iPhone thru the USB. Pros - it looks durable and well made, like it could take a fall or other abuse, I have not had it very long so I don't know for sure. You can charge tool batteries or run off of the battery. Overall it's a good product that could be great if they made a few upgrades.

Works awesome

This radio is durable and an excellent tool at the job site considering I can charge a battery on the radio and charge 1 or 2 more off of it plus keep my saws plugged in at the same time. My daughter dropped it out of the truck the day i brought it home and have had no issues, so I can say it is definately durable. Altogether a great product

Bosch Powerbox 360S

I purchased this Powerbox 360S around a month ago and so far I have been very pleased with the performance of it. I did notice that the auxiliary cord that I received with it doesn't work with my iPhone 5 so I returned it and purchased another one and it did not work with it either. To me this is a small problem and was not a big enough problem to me to lower the rating 1 star on a scale of 1-5 stars. Bought it about two years ago awesome radio I would by another when this one breaks on me love the rechargevable battery ,usb,sd slot,rugged built drop it from my truck many times lol an still working awesome
