Tub walls stay wet and feel like plastic.

Apparently there is no heater to dry the interior, so droplets of water stay on the interior walls. I'm concerned about eventual mold. bacteria, and odor issues. Furthermore, the specs claim the interior material is stainless steel, but if you tap it, it's pretty cheesy. I wish I'd just repaired my old Bosch instead of replacing it.

even with rinse aid, items, esp plastics, are still wet when cycle has ended. cycle advertised as 1 hour is closer to 1 1/2 hours. machine didn't come with 2 cutlery baskets, only one, which caused us extra time and energy to finally obtain from dealer. cleans dishes well. chime at end of cycle is very faint. haven't tried home connect features.

Utensil basket sits in the middle of bottom shelf

I do not like that the utensil basket sits in the middle of the bottom rack which prevents the placement of plates and pans. There is wasted space around the basket due to its placement. Our previous dishwasher (different brand) had a long basket along the side. I could get a lot more plates and pans, etc. Also, this dishwasher is always wet inside. The dishes dry but the inside of the dishwasher is always wet. Was not the case with my previous dishwasher. Very disappointed.

Good Enough For The Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it works good enough for what I paid for it. Some dishes need to to be pre-rinsed so they come out clean. When they don't come clean I scrub them then run them through again, I usually run 1-2 items back through each load. Regret My Purchase

I replaced a older Kenmore dishwasher with this Bosch, and I really wish I had just tried to get the Kenmore repaired. Don't ask me how since it fits into the same size space in my kitchen, but the top rack is smaller than my old one. I need 4 rows for glasses, can't do that with Bosch unless you put glasses over prongs sticking up which I've read is not advisable. The bottom rack holds more plates than my old dishwasher, but the prongs are so close together it's hard to slide them into place...

Bad rinse aid dispenser

Before I ever washed a load, had to get it serviced. The rinse aid dispenser is leaking and not holding fluid. Part is on order.

Bosch dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishes are clean. Two things I wish were different. I would like a light telling me when my dishes are clean. I wish I had kept my old dishwasher's silverware holder. I don't care for the new one's design with a wall in the middle missing making the silverware lean onto itself.

New Dishwasher

The new dishwasher works fine. The old bosch the botton rack always can off the track. The new one doesn't. The old one had more versatillty but for the low price the new one is great. Thank You John and Betty

Quiet as a Mouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Bosch dishwasher was 17 years old. We Love our new 100 Series SHW41CM2N and it is so quiet. The dishes come out sparkling clean. The installers did a great job!!

Excellent dish cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottom-of-the-line Bosch replaced a more expensive and 3 year old GE. The very first load showed a sparkling clean shine that the old one never achieved. And without any final rinse finishing solution ! Glad I have this dishwasher.

Very noisy terrible racks

I’m not picky about a dishwasher. The last one I had was a Bosch and it lasted over 10 years. This new one is noisier, takes longer to wash and the racks are terrible. There is a big gap in the middle of the bottom that nothing will fit in and the spikes are too close together so you have to skip a spike and waste space. Utensil holder is too small. Do not buy it! If I could return mine I would.

Top rack does not accommodate cups, glasses very well. You have to Select “extra dry” or dishes are still wet the next morning. There is no light left on once it’s done. Hard to know if dishwasher has completed cycle or even run. Dishwasher is very quiet when it runs.
