Product fine, purchasing experience, terrible

Product seems fine, but the purchasing experience was terrible. Lowe's does not communicate well with their customer service or their delivery people. And then the delivery people seemed to enjoy arguing.

It is fine for a small dishwasher

Not anywhere as quiet as the Samsung are replaced nor is it a spacicious

No Clean Light

Reputation for being a desirable machine. However the clean light every machine has ever had for us does not light up on this model. The manufacturer says yes that’s right. Very poor design factor. If I had known this I would not have purchased. There’s also an odd odor emanating from the interior of the machine. Perhaps over time it will dissipate. BOSCH 300 SHE41CM6N

It does a outstanding job of cleaning the dishes and is very quiet. Bosch is defenitly a solid dishwasher. Ther wifi is a nice addition. But, can be tricky to set up.

No instructions for changing settings.

The manual only addresses changin settings for (1) rinse aid; (2) intensive drying; (3) signal volume; and (4) reset to factory setting. Fine Mid-level Washer

We have used this only once so far, and found it satisfactory. Wife trusted Bosch before I knew the brand. We are not tech-savvy so avoided the 500 series. The dish racks are on the thin and light side, and the utensil bucket is only half the depth of our old model. It's ours now and we're willing to adjust to its minor differences. I tend to overload the racks but am careful to place the items where water flow should hit all surfaces. Minor dirt residue was on a few dishes, not a biggie to rins...

Highly Recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I formerly had a kitchenaid dishwasher I purchased in 2014, which I liked very much, unfortunately it stopped working and someone mentioned that Bosch was the top of the line and it was highly recommended by Clarks TV and Appliance store. I'm very happy with the Bosch dishwasher.

Disappointed

The way to put dirty dishes into the dishwasher is so odd, and I can't get the usual items in this new one because of the way the racks are set up. Also, I really don't like HAVING to add rinse agents to have the dishes dry! More chemicals on stuff! Will never buy another Bosch appliance.

This unit replaced a Kitchenaid that had failed. While it does a good job cleaning, I have found it does less than an adequate job in drying, even after having selected the "extra dry" setting.

Be sure to open before 48 hrs

Didn’t work out of the box, Lowe’s wouldn’t exchange it since my contractor didn’t open it for 3 days after it was delivered. Bosch customer service is terrible too.
