Good dishwasher, but .....

This purchase was to replace a Bosch dishwasher that we have had for about 14 years. We liked the first Bosch dishwasher and bought a very similar model as a replacement. I installed both the first one and the new one. The first one was very easy to install, but Bosch has changed the design of the new models which made for extra work during the installation of the new machine. I love the dishwasher. I love the racks and silverware holder. The only thing I do not like is the fact that I do not have a book to tell me how to change the settings.

A Reliable Dishwasher

I was glad to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher when we needed to replace our previous Bosch dishwasher. We knew Bosch was a legend in reliability. We look forward to many years with this new Bosch dishwasher.

Wanted a simple dishwasher without the nonsense.

Can't figure out to use it. The manual is so confusing. I am old school and don't believe in apps. Bosch should not assume people want to use an app to run their dishwasher. I gave up trying to figure it out. Not happy at all with this dishwasher, Very unhappy with Bosch products.

Cleans well, could be improved

Not as good as expected

It cleans very well and I like the simple control panel and the stainless steel interior. I am disappointed by a few things though. The basket for silverware, etc is quite flimsy and the openings for items only accomodate thin handles; even table knives don't fir in some of them. I wish I would have kept the baskets from my old dishwasher because they held more iems and I could...

Bosch is great! Improve Installation Scheduling

We have always loved Bosch dishwashers. We have been buying them since the 1990's. The installers were great. The only criticism I would offer from this experience is that it is incredibly inconvenient to be given a date, but not be able to know a window for delivery & installation until the night before. That makes planning life around the delivery far more difficult than it really needs to be IMO. Leaving an entire day open is not very customer friendly.

My new Best friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I could love an appliance. I just wanted a dishwasher that got my dishes clean, and I got so much more. I researched for a long time and asked people I trusted. I have never been happier with an appliance and will be switch to the Bosch brand on other appliances as they need replaced.

Good buy.

The 100 series is not the top of the Bosch line, but our new dishwasher cleans the dishes as if it was the most expensive model available.
