Not the solution I expected

We were encouraged to buy this speed oven when we bought a new home. I wanted a microwave, but didn't want it on the counter, and I wanted a second oven... This, in theory, was a good solution. But we have never been happy with the microwave. First of all, the height of installation above a regular oven and the design of the door opening down toward you, it's impossible to reach inside to clean it, especially the back wall. No way. And I'm not short. As for performance, it's not very powerful. I...

No service on appliance

We purchased a $4,000 + wall oven microwave combo unit in 2020. Had it repaired in 2021 (less than a year old) and called for repair again In November. The Lowes service repair center was unable to find a company to come repair it as we live in rural Amador County in California. We were eventually told that Lowes was "buying out" our appliance and we would have to purchase a new one... WE Will NEVER BUY ANOTHER BOSCH Appliance AGAIN. If we can't get service we will buy Kitchenaid or something...

Unreliable microwave

We purchased Bosch because we expected the top quality. Howeve the microwave was having issue right from the start. First the display got dimmed but still it was working. Next the door spring on the left side broke down, we replaced it. Then the same happened on the right side. And finally it died on us yesterday. We also have a cooktop from Bosch where we had to replace 3 out of 5 igniters. I don't think we will consider Bosch as our future appliances provider.

Speed oven

Not used yet. We are also waiting for our oven which was ordered on August 9, 2020 not 2032!!!!

Great look

The microwave/convection oven works as it should - looks stylish in my kitchen.

Nice options

I've always wanted a warming oven but didn't have room for the additional appliance, so this option is great. The only thing I don't like is the low sound of the timer. I've tried it on both low and high and it makes no difference. It's too quiet and I'm afraid I may miss the notification and burn some things.

First Bosch oven

Bosch Customer Service is the worst!!

Called Bosh Repair, the only appointment they had available was in 3 weeks, so I took it! 3 weeks came and they were a NO-SHOW!! I had to call them to find out they were not coming, and the only time they had for a tech to come out was in 3 weeks... UPSET to say the least!! Spending all that money for a BOSCH, ...

Upgraded Oven for Kitchen Remodel

lighting is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the oven is lovely, but the micro design needs work! Lighting is beyond poor, the back wall very hard to clean, since you cant reach it, and overall a bit of a pain to operate. Not sure what the speed chef codes are, or do. manual is terrible

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love my new oven. It cooks to perfection and makes it so easy to do what I love, cook and bake till my heart is content.

A little slow, but fine otherwise

The unit operates just fine, but it takes longer to heat items in the microwave compared to microwaves I've had in the past. We purchased it thinking it operated as a full, albeit small oven too. But have since realized it is a small broiler too, and not a baking oven. The heat comes from the top only. Our bad for not reading the fine print.
