Would RecommendI have used it for 3+ years for renovations mostly inside. Changed batteries once. I use it all the time. Most of the time on a camera tripod. Inside to tile a bathroom. Even outside to build a deck. But I am not sure what to do with all the accessories. No that the job is finished, I am looking for a video how to use them. Haha.

Terrible Design
Would Not RecommendA thin piece of brittle plastic holds the battery compartment close. It will inevitable break because of fatigue. Because the battery compartment is on the underside, the springs and gravity mean the batteries will not remain in place, rendering the device useless. Stupid design.

Would RecommendThis is the third one I have purchased. This is an absolute must have in my trailer. I use for tile layout, framing, cabinets. All the time. It’s plenty bright indoors. Outside not so much. The 2 line feature is very useful for starting a floor layout. The last one I purchased is a gift for a family member. Great tool.
