I have used this for about a year. It makes the construction go much faster and very accurate.

Made closet system layout much easier.

The device was easy to use in an interior closet system layout. The laser lines were easy to see in the closet against the newly-paintred white walls. This was my first experience using a laser level, and I found it very easy to utilize.

Really Handy!!

I bought the level to use for a kitchen project including hanging wall cabinets, putting up a back splash and mounting new counter tops. What a great tool and saved a lot of time and worked great. You need the tripod to work really well.

I bought this about a week ago and use the heck out of it. Cabinets, backsplashes, flooring, Basement framing, ect. This has been a life safe and time safer. A must have tool.

Very accurate makes work faster and better.

This lazer, the GLL 3-15 makes my jobs so much faster and accurate. Like when I'm marking holes for balloust on stairs it's a million times faster than trying to use a level. While holding a marker then trying to keep the level plumb and move to mark for where the hole needs to be drilled. And the lazer saves the time of having to erase the pencil mark or sanding them off. Well not a million times faster, but double at least. If not triple the work in the end. Awesome tool for any carpenter wood...

i bought this tool for a floor leveling project ,it has done a good job. it's easy to use and,quick to set up .

A Love Hate Relationship

I'm a Handyman and the uses seemed unlimited. This level has it all with Level and Plumb with a Plumb at 90degrees..... THE BAD : I thought for Tile I could set this at the edge of the tile or in the corner of the room and shoot 90degree plumb lines, Not so... because the lasers are recessed within the housing the lines will never intersect in a corner forming a square. Its like the laser planes fan out like a paint spray gun fans out from the tip. The most you could do for tile is shoot 1 st...

Okay, but light defuses quickly

The laser line size at 3' is 1/16" 5' is 1/16" 8' is 1/8" 10' is 1/8" 15' is 3/16" 20' is 1/4" too defused to be useful 25' is 3/8" with no definitive edge to the line

Good for the money

Light is not visible at 40 feet outdoor.

Packaging

The laser level itself works fine. But Bosch packages it in a very annoying, difficult-to-open plastic shell. Maybe they're selling some other tool that enables you to open their packaging.

GLL 3-15

I use this tool for setting kitchen cabinets and for setting wall and floor tile. I would not set wall or base cabinets without it now that I own this tool. Perfect tool for squaring up floor tile and a starting line for wall tile.

Great tool!

I have changed over to Bosch equipment over the last couple years. Quality and durability is outstanding! This level is no exception. Worth the extra $15.
