No complaints, good product

It was hard to choose the bathtub as all of the tubs have mixed reviews no matter of price point. I've bought this one in mid price range and I'm completely satisfied - looks solid, contractor didn't complain about installation. Just check the bathtub in the store for any damages. I'm recommending this item.

Decent affordable tub

Had this installed recently with a bathroom remodel. Looks good. No issues with it. Good tub for the price.

Buyer beware. And shame on Union Gap Lowe's.

VERY thin porcelain on the tub. My tub came with an apparent defect. The porcelain was cracked and there is a dent from the bottom up. It was in a place that my plumber wasn't able to see, away from the drain etc. The porcelain is extremely thin. The manager at my Union Gap Lowe's told me they would refund my money for the tub but would not even entertain the idea of helping pay for the plumbing costs...which I now have to pay for a plumber to remove the tub and again to reinstall a better quali...

Ring around the tub?

Purchased this tub in march 2019 for a complete bathroom remodel. No one takes baths...showers only. Obsessively cleans it however it has what appears to be a ring all the way around the tub. Nothing I do works to get rid of it. It’s clean but still has this marking? I’m so confused.

Check the box first

Just got one home after looking in the third box in store. They all had chips in the finish but the third one was in the flange that will be covered so all good. Very easy to install although there were no instructions or dimensions included in the box. Install is very easy since there is a styrofoam tray and doesn't require mortar. I got the dimensions from Briggs website. Looks good now that it is in place. Tried a vikrel one first, it was cracked through when I got it home despite a completel...

Adequate tub

2" deeper than our old tub. It's a tub? what more is there to say? good price. newer and nicer than our 1965 tub. ha!

Perfect tub!

Nice steel tub. On my third trip to Lowes after buying two plastic tubs that were cracked. I was talking to a Lowes employee that talked me into this tub. I am happy with the purchases. This tub is a bit heavier at about 75lbs that you will need some assistance placing the tub in the tight shop.

Was easy to install but didn't not come with a spec sheet with measurements to get the drain pipe in the right location.

Sturdy, easy to install

Enameled steel makes for a sturdy tub. Was very easy to install.

Poor quality control.

Should have read detailed reviews and not just star rating. As usual, un deserved star rating. A) the sound deading advertised is a joke! It’s four little rubber squares on each side of tub! B) one angle bracket failed to be welded C) size is NOT as advertised D) styrofoam is NOT level. I am likely to completely remove and return tub as much as a delay that will cause.
