Film on floor

It cleans well, but leaves a film that is gross to me personally.

Don't stick to mop anymore

These used to be great but Bona changed out the attachment strips and now they don't stay attached to the mop any longer. Don't buy.

New attaching strips don't work well

These used to work great, but now the straps that attach to the mop are different and they don't attach to the mop very well. Using them is almost impossible.

These used to be the best pads for cleaning hardwood floors. Unfortunately, Bona made a change in the design of the pad so that there is now an open air space between the top and bottom layer. Unfortunately, when you try to use them, they roll and completely tear off the mop. Bona needs to absolutely need go back to the original design as these are now useless and I'll never purchase them again. Returning.

Wet disposable cleaning pads

Seems like the new cleaning pad with the white velcro are thinner material and the velcro isn’t holding as well as the old blue Velcro

Leaves Residue

Leaves my floors with a white film residue and very dull, not shiny.

Poor design

When used with the Bona mop handle, the center or the pad does not contact the floor. The only way to fully use these pads is by hand on your knees. If Bona is really working to correct customer issues as they claim, why has this major flaw not been addressed?

Disaster - terrible product

I used the Bona Disposable Wet Cleaning Pads on our hardwood floors and ended up with a smeary, filmy mess! I don't even know how to clean this mess off the floors. Worse cleaner for hardwood I've ever used. I have used the Bona upright cleaner with sprayer and pad for several years with no problems. Will never use the wet cleaning pads again.

The full paid isn't used

The mop needs to have a full flat service. The only part of the pad that picks up dirt is the part of the pad that has the velcro attachment. The center part of the mop doesn't pick up much dirt as there is no flat surface for the pad to push again. A design flaw in my opinion.

Does a great job cleaning wooden floors.

Really like the ease of cleaning wooden floors with this product....have used it many time before
