What Customers Are Saying
The Blue Hawk multi-tool hanger is an affordable option for organizing lighter yard tools like rakes, brooms, and mops. It is easy to install and can effectively hold these types of items. However, the plastic construction is not suitable for heavier tools, as the pegs and hooks frequently fail to securely hold them in place. The rail itself is also quite flimsy, with the hooks often coming loose. While it may work for some lighter items, the overall consensus is that this product is poorly designed and not well-suited for hanging heavier tools. Users recommend looking for a sturdier, better-quality alternative.

Would Not RecommendI installed all sections in my garage. No problems with that. Easy enough to hang brooms, shovels, etc., but those items fall down pretty easily because this device holds using only friction. For handles that are thicker, it’s worse.
good idea but...
Would Not RecommendThis hanger could have been so much better if the base was made out of metal instead of plastic. The size of the hooks and overall length is good for holding thicker handled garden tools, but the plastic base that holds them doesn't seem very strong and will probably break after a short time.
Awesome Product
Would RecommendThis was certainly a game changer for my garage it has plenty of hooks so i was able to hang everything, and it is so much neater.
Works a lot better than the friction mop holders
Would RecommendI bought this to replace a mop holder that just didnt work. I have this attached to the back of my garage door, so it gets opened and closed often. I have my mop, broom, dustpan, and ceiling fan cleaner hanging from this. It works great in comparison to the friction still mop holder I had before. It would have gotten a 5-star rating if the coating around the hooks would have been stronger and sticker, but over all holds handles well. Additionallly liked how it came in four different section, whe...
Not that great
Would Not RecommendMaybe I should give it 1 star but didn't. The pegs to use for small tool hanging just do not work I put up items for handyman customers all the time and this is one of the least desirable ever in 23 years. If I didn't have all the rest of the mounting already up I would have returned it. When I get a minute I will find something else to replace the worthless pegs. The tension hangers for long handle tools are at best okay but not the best I have seen.
Blue Hawk 5.71 Multi-tool Hanger
Would RecommendEasy to install, sturdy enough to hold most garden tools. I would have given this a 5 star review except that the small hooks that are supposed to snap into the wall unit do not fit properly and fall out. I applied glue to the hooks and let them dry over night. So far they are holding. The large metal hooks work very well and are easy to remove and reposition as needed.
Hanger
Would RecommendOverall has held up good. I swapped screws for drywall screws since the ones in package are soft and easily rounded. Great for shovels etc. Not so great for thin handle leaf rake(head down works good flipped around). The hooks are larger so the slick handle will slide if hook gets bumped. I flipped my rake over so weight is at top and spaced everything out. Fixed that issue.
Do Not Buy This Tool Rack
Would Not RecommendThis idea has been around for a long time and many of the tool racks at my previous houses were this style and worked well. I just bought and installed this today and it is NOT a tool rack that is well-executed. Tool handles are not easily gripped by the S-hooks' thin vinyl / poly coating that's supposed to keep tool handles from sliding. The coating is just too thin and too slick to grip, so tools, even just lightweight spare handles, slip through and fall with no prompting, and even more so wh...
Inadequate screw, pegs, too few S Hooks
Would Not RecommendThis product is inadequate on many fronts: 1. Screws too short to adequately attach to studs through 5/8 in. drywall 2. Pegs will not snap-in as described 3. Too few S hooks for slots 16 versus needed 20. 4. Too few Screws and anchors for there are 20 holes but only 16 screw/anchors.
HORRIBLE
Would Not RecommendTHe hooks do not stay in at all. What js the point of the rack if you cant use the hooks. I just put iver 10 holes in my wall for absolutely no reason. Wordt product i have ever purchased.
Does not hold some tools well
Would Not RecommendEasy to install. After installation, I found that it does not hold some of the tools I had. For example, a long-handled broom, a push broom, plastic snow shovel. If you bumped any of them, then ould release and fall down. Heavy items, like a steel shovel, it seems to hold well.
Beware
Would Not RecommendI purchased this product. The plastic mounts will break and the hooks will jam behind the plastic mounts. Avoid this
Don’t waste your money!
Would Not RecommendIf you hang things close together they slip off the hooks. Installed it last night and throwing it away today. You couldn’t hang a wet sock from the poorly designed pin hooks and the slick rubber used to grip the handle on whatever your hanging is a poor choice. Opened the door to my garage where this was hanging and the Swiffer and broom fell out and hit my wife’s car. Such a waste of time and money.
Does not hold garden tools tight enough
Would Not RecommendInstalled in outdoor shed to hold garden tools because the description says it will support up to 15lbs per hook. That limit is greatly exaggerated, because rakes, hoes, shovels, etc. are too heavy and will slip and fall out. If one tool happens to bump another, two or three may fall out. The vibration of walking across the floor can cause them to fall out. It might work OK for brooms and mops but not for garden tools.
Priced right for the weight
Would RecommendThe package states that this is medium weight tool hanger. It is. I works for what I have to hang - brooms, hoe, rack, etc. Mounting was not so easy. They screws strip easily even when you drill a pilot hole. I would recommend the holder but buy a little bag of good screws.
Decent for the Price
Would RecommendThis item was easy to install. Functions properly. A little flimsy.
