I shop there often so this is not the first time and I suspect managers are aware of her lack of customer service.

Would Not RecommendInstructions also say it will take 15 minutes to install. Right... The question now is how long will it hold up with simple garden tools hanging off of it. I guess that I was just spoiled using aluminum backing plates in the past.
Poor Design and Flimsy
Would Not RecommendDo not buy this. The rail is plastic and very flimsy. The metal hooks do not hold tools well so they fall off easily with the slightest nudge. I tried to use this for my lighter-weight tools (plastic kids snow shovel, some Grandpa's Weeders) and nothing heavy.

I love this product! I have hung my husband's tools, shovels, weedeater, camping chairs, etc on it! No more stacking in a corner and having to dig through to find what you need (knocking over countless things as you dig). Everything is hung up and easily accessible! Using so much of the wall space and freeing up valuable floor space for the things that need it. This is a must have for a garage or shed!

Would RecommendSimple and effective. This tool hanger does a great job and is simple to install. It is also far cheaper than others on the market. I have purchased this for two homes I have lived in.

Would RecommendUnit worked, although due to design, it was not able to adequately hold heavier items like a shovel long. Also the tool retainers don't stay in place when removing a tool. Must be constantly reset into place.
Replacing long ago installation of these
Would Not RecommendBought these to replace some I had installed years ago which finally crumbled. That isn't my comlaint, they lasted years. Complaint is that after installing a couple of the plastic rails I discovered that there were not as many hooks included as the box stated. Have partially installed so can't return, can't find any place on Lowes website to try to get the hooks I need to be able to use my purchase. I understand they don't want to deal with evey little error but dang, try to make it easie...
