What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this penetrating oil for its exceptional ability to dissolve rust and free seized bolts, nuts, and corroded parts where competitors like WD-40 fail. Reviewers consistently report it works within minutes on severely aged rust, calling it their go-to solution and best on the market. Many highlight its reliability and superior performance compared to alternatives. However, a significant drawback emerges: customers frequently report cans lose propellant pressure prematurely, leaving product unusable despite half the can remaining. ProStraw nozzles also receive criticism for poor quality. A few mention the strong odor as a minor downside. Despite packaging frustrations, most consider the product's penetrating power worth the inconvenience.

Would RecommendStinks but the stuff works great if you know what you're going to be working on spray a couple of days ahead of time or the same day but I find if you do anything a day or two days much easier

Good product, bad can.
Would RecommendI think this is a great product. However, the can sucks. The last 2 cans stopped spraying penetrant about 1/2 through. They seemed to just spray air for a minute and then stopped spraying all together. Maybe this is by design so we buy more.

Fantastic Product
Would RecommendI HAD a rusted bolt in the umbrella stand of my porch table. I tries using vise grips and monster channelocks to try to remove the bolt. All I did was strip the threads on the bolt. Bought some Blaster Penetrating Catalyst, spray some on the bolt and waited a bit. Tries to remove the bolt, but no go. Used the hammer, per instructions on can, sprayed again and waited. Tried the channel locks and the bolt came loose! I’m a big fan of this stuff now.

Almost good enough penetration of rusted wheel.
Would RecommendIt seemed to work. Used this on stuck/rusted wheels of a rolling table. After repeated application and much work, they were able to move. Not great, but they moved.

Didn't work for me
Would Not RecommendSprayed on stuck nut, let sit 24 hours, sprayed again, let sit 4 more hours, didn't work. Fumes make it hard to work on item after spraying.
