Does the job but might take more than you think

We had a heavy build up of moss on our northern facing roof. Gave this a try and it took two rounds to fully kill the moss growth. If our roof section was much larger, I'd give it a 5 star, but since it took as much as it did, and required 2 full rounds I'm knocking a star off.

Worked like Magic

I used it per the instructions to kill moss growing on one section of my roof. I expected to need 2 treatments but didn’t. A week after the first application, I went onto roof and whisk broomed and the now dead moss just came off. I followed by using a blower to blow any detached moss off the roof. Effective at killing mold before a wash.

I used this on the house which needed cleaning. I had some green mildew or algae. I haven't power-washed it in years. Yes, embarassing. My point is that this worked surprisingly well. It seemed to have killed whatever was there and made the second pass a few days later that much better. I never technically pressure-washed. I just used a spray nozzle to do the cleaning. I should have taken before/after images. But if you have built up mold: I would highly recommend this. It was well worth the $20...

I used this as directed and saw zero results. First time trying it and thought it would help but it didn't.

Don't buy the product with the old label!

I bought the same product but with some with the old label and some with the new label. I sprayed the old label products first to see if there was any difference since according to the label, active ingredients were supposedly the same. Well, the old label products were a waste of my money. It had almost no effect. I don't know if it was because the product was stale or and had out-lived its shelf life or there was something else.
