What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to have mixed results, with some users finding it highly effective at killing weeds, brush, and poison ivy, while others reported it being completely ineffective even after multiple applications. Positive feedback includes the concentrated formula covering a large area and the lack of strong odor. However, some users experienced issues with the sprayer not functioning properly, leading to leaks and making the product difficult to apply. The overall effectiveness seems to vary significantly, and customers may need to apply the product multiple times to achieve the desired results.

Ready to Use product has 0.8% concentration of Triclopyr. If you mix this product per instructions on the label (4 ounces to one gallon of water) you end up with 0.27% concentration. This explains why the concentrate, when mixed per instructions, is not as effective as the ready to use. You have to TRIPLE the amount to get the same concentration as the ready to use product (add 12 ounces of concentrate to 116 ounces of water to make one gallon total). Then it works pretty well. At the higher mix...

Sprayer System doesn't work.
I used it a couple of times and the auto sprayer wand didn't work the next time. I have almost a full big container of it. I changed the batteries and still doesn't work. So, will need to go buy a manual sprayer to pour the stuff in and use it in that. I'm just reviewing the one with the auto sprayer, not the brush killer itself. Piece of garbage. Buy the solution and use it in your own sprayer.

Requesting Money Back
I bought this product and it didn't kill any of the poison ivy, poison oak, or kudzu. The back of the bottle says money back guarantee but it doesn't give an address to send the request to.

Appears to have no effect on English Ivy
November 3, I applied 48 oz. (one and a half bottles) of Brush Killer Plus on both sides of my backyard fence, trying to kill the English Ivy growing into my yard from the woods. I applied the concentrate with an Ortho Dial N Spray sprayer at 4 oz. per gallon. Since then, the average high temperature has been 71F in the first week, 68F in the first two weeks, and 64F in the first three weeks. It’s now been almost four weeks. Not only is the English Ivy not dead/dying. It appears that the Br...

Sprayer is JUNK
I purchased this about a month ago. First two times I used it, the sprayer worked in a mediocre manner. Dripped out of fold on wand, sometimes dribbled out of the sprayer nozzle no matter the setting. So today I go to use for the third time and batteries were dead, so I replaced them with some I just purchased. The sprayer would work fine for a few seconds and then start dribbling. Out of 60 minutes I was trying to use the thing, 30 were spent trying to twist ad turn the nozzle t get this thing ...

Use a few times a year to control weeds
I’ve been using the last 5 years to help control the vines/weeds coming over and through our fence. Our neighbors don’t control their weeds - and don’t seem to care that we are! Be careful not to spray on trees or plants you want to keep. Doesn’t harm the lawn, so you can also use to spray broadleaf weeds as well. Normally only do one application a year, but have done a second application in the fall when needed. Does take a while to work, but you can see the leaves start to die within a da...

DOESN'T WORK
I bought this out of a big box store. I mixed it as the instructions stated. It has been 3 weeks now with no sign of anything dying off. I just used for normal weed growth and it didn't work so I have no idea how this would ever kill hearty brush and stumps.

Do not buy this terrible product!
Would Not RecommendWanted to control a small patch of poison ivy. The bottle is supposed to be attached to your garden hose. This is neither easy nor useful. It is dangerous to you, other plants and your pets. I don’t yet know whether the product itself will be effective, but the experience of using it was just awful.
I am sorry that you found application difficult. When using any herbicide we would always recommend wearing what every personal protective equipment ...

Doesn't work
I bought the concentrate from a big box home supply store and followed mixing directions to a T. I sprayed liberally all over poison Ivey, wild blackberries and numerous other weeds in a wooded area next to my home. After 10 days there was no change to any of the areas I spayed. In fact the weeds seem healthier than ever. I reapplied this product several times thinking I may have mixed it incorrectly. To no avail this does not work and I am extremely disappointed in this product. DO NOT PURCHAS...

Ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spray seemed to work very well. However, I could never get the battery powered automatic sprayer to work. I poured the spray into another manual sprayer that I had and that’s how I used it. The spray did seem to kill everything I needed it to. But I was highly disappointed with the automatic sprayer.

Sprayer is junk
I finally got the sprayer to drip a little of the brush killer. It dribbled for about five minutes then nothing. Thankfully I had a sprayer that was empty so I transferred the product to that one.

Have no idea if it actually works or not
I bought a bottle of this that had the sprayer with it. Have no idea if it works, because the trigger on the sprayer broke off the second time i depressed the sprayer trigger. So it may be a good product, but is useless if the sprayer breaks on its first use.

Easy and effective
Would RecommendThis product is so easy to use. Just hook up your garden hose and spray away. No need to mix in a pump sprayer or other container. And the brush died in just a few days.

Easy and Works Well
Would RecommendThis very easy to use. I sprayed the area in the attached photo about 10 days ago. If you see any green, I did not spray it or I missed. Be sure to use this product when there is no wind present.
