Would Not Recommend5 yr warranty but can't even last 3 months? And to get a replacement you send IT, AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, to the manufacturer at which point they will then determine if you deserve a replacement. JUST SKIP THE DRAMA, FOLKS. Buy something else.
Bought two, both dies within one season
Would Not RecommendI bought one and it seemed to be working just fine and then one night I noticed that I couldn't see the light. I figured well I'll get another bulb. still no light. then I went out and bought a second one. All was well, and then I went away for a while. I came back and it too was not lighting or zapping. I took the forst one apart and I could see that the capacitors were buldging at the top. Not a good thing for a capacitor. I would know because I am an Electronics Technician. Possibly Bla...

Killed by first rain
Would Not RecommendBought this bug zapper for outdoor use. The reviews were mostly positive and Black Flag is a rusted name in insect control. Unit stopped working in less than two weeks after its first exposure to rain. Unit was zapping well before it went kaput. Must be better suited for indoor use.
