Perfect for me

I love the size. I love the reusable filter - better for the environment than those horrid pods. I love that I can put the filter, filter holder & cup in the dishwasher and I love that I can make a fresh cup every time. I prefer to use my contigo cup and go. I am on my second machine in about 10-15 years (I am terrible with dates) and hope they never stop making this product.

Single serve coffee maker

This sprays grounds all over the inside every time i use it. Made sure my coffee wasnt too finely ground. Still does this. I previously purchased and returned a more expensive brand...it did the same thing!! Suggestions anyone?

what kind of pods

I live in Canada and so far havent been able to find any pods to work so I just use regular coffee. Might as well make a whole pot.

Doesnt work !!!

The first time I used it it made coffee. it worked. After that though, the water would collect in the basket but not go through the coffee, also it puts out steam in sudden bursts that has burned me a few times. I have washed it and even changed the coffee grinds a few times. Nothing. I don't understand why ! There is nothing seemingly blocking it from going down into the cup. I tried it with the travel cup lid off, and on. I am ready to throw it out. Just not fair it only worked once. Not ev...

Doesn't brew!!!

Bought this a few days ago and it takes more than half an hour to brew the coffee. It keeps stopping and only a very thin stream of liquid is coming out. Ridiculous. Is it a faulty item? Should I get it replaced?

Turns off much too soon

The coffee tastes great. However, the machine makes loud noise, and then turns off, leaving my cup only about an inch full of coffee. Any recommendations?

Included mug question!

So far I love it! However, after I add a cold creamer to my coffee it obviously cools down. I have read the manual and even tried reading the product description from several different website to find out if the included mug is microwave safe. Does anyone know if it is or isn't?

Ok, doesn't last long

I have bought 2 of these in the past year. In both cases they started to malfunction after 4-5 months. The power refuses to stay on long enough to finish brewing a cup. For the few months they do work they work great but having to buy a new one every few months isn't worth it

wow i love it !!!

never taste a so much good coffee, it is smelling too so great ! And the cup is satisfying me really big mug and since i have i am sorry a little to admit, but i drink coffee non stop i cant resist !!! Thanks my only troubble is i would like to buy a second mug and i dont find just a mug like it !

Quick to Brew but coffee ends up tasting burnt

It brews great but the coffee tastes burnt. The same coffee tastes so much better from a regular sized coffee maker. I am not sure if that is because I need a better mesh filter or not. I am disappointed.

Love the machine, but need help!

The filter that comes with the product got mold on it/within the mesh because of my roommate leaving coffee grounds in it for over 2 weeks when I was out of town. Is there a way to get a replacement filter?

Really like it fixed and working for many years

I am experiencing the same problem with mine. Was working great for awhile and now half of the water is left in the coffee maker. I suspect that it could be either of a few things: the one way check valve is sticking, the heating element is bad, or could have some foreign debris buildup in the water passageway. I use a Yeti twenty ounce stainless steel Rambler/Tumbler with anti-splash lid that fits and works perfect instead of the one that came with it. In fact, the whole thing looks really cool...

Coffee taste watery

I'm not sure why but the coffee always taste watery. I had tried the pods and coffee grounds. I use a very dark coffee blend so I know it is not because of the coffee I am using. I assume this is because the water goes through the filter extremely quick compared to a normal multiple cup coffee maker. The moment I pour the water in it, it comes out. I've had this coffee maker for 2 years now and love it. My filter got misplaced and have been searching for a new one....and suggestions?

Like this little machine

Bought this a couple of months ago, and it works well. However, I went back to purchase a spare permanent filter as I have teenagers who aren't known for gentle washing, and I'm worried that they'll put a hole in the mesh. They don't sell them. If the filter gets damaged, I have to buy a new machine. Other brands that have permanent filters sell replacements, why don't you?

Good for a while

I am on my 3rd Black and Decker Single Serve Coffee Maker, and I think this will be the last one I purchase. I like that it has a reusable filter and that I can use my own coffee (rather than buying pods). However, the shelf life on this product leaves something to be desired. After a month, it does NOT work properly

It looked really cute and convenient in the store counter and I bought it, but after using it once a day for a month or so, the water is not filtered completely and it is not even hot enough, so I have to start it twice. I loved the size and the practicality but it is not good without a proper functionality.

Defective.

I'm bummed - I had one of these for years and it worked great!! I used it everyday so I was surprised it lasted as long as it did. Once that one stopped working, I got a new one. I've only had it for a few months and it never brews a full cup of coffee!! Ever! I'm very disappointed - I wish I had my old trusty coffee maker back.
