Wrong spool for my weedeater

I went to Loews to get a replacement for my weedeater. I did not check to make sure I had the right one. Upon getting home I found that zzI had purchased the wrong one for my Black&Decker. I returned it and got the right one.

Grossly Overpriced

This weed eater has worked very well for me for ten years but the pre-wound spools are grossly overpriced. I've tried loading the spools myself and it's a major pain. Real cost of manufacture for this product couldn't be much more than fifty cents so it's seven dollars profit for the distributor. Larceny

Spoil feed issues

When the line feeds properly it works great but too often the line misfeeds resulting either in wasted line and/or having to correct the misfeeds manually which is a headache

No Prob!

I have used this trimmer for a few years now. The replacement takes a few minutes. I would never use a single spool weed eater again. I do not understand the low ratings....

Very strong

This line hardly ever breaks--and I have some really big weeds.

A must have

Even for those of us who are glad to be able to refill our own spools this is a must have. Sometimes, the convenience of having a ready to go spool is priceless.

The product manual said to use .080-in trimmer line. This unit I bought was the right part number. But wrong 'in'. It was only .065. So, against my better judgement, I bought it. We will see how it works when I install it.

this is a great product, however it ia very hard to load into the trimmer. Once in it works great. very strong and cuts thru anything easily.

wacks weeds and easy to install

Yes it is a little hard to get the ends unhooked but with practice it is easier. Love being able to find refills and always keep a couple extras so I do not run out.

Good product

I bought this as a part to restore a long-unused Black and Decker Grass Hog electric trimmer. I was pleasantly surprised at how it ate through grass when using the trimmer as an edger. It made the job easier and quicker. I would not hesitate to buy again.

I am quite satisfied with this product. Sometimes it feeds too much line, and the extra line needs to be clipped off and discarded. I think this only happens when I'm trying to cut too much though...(thickness of the grass, stems, a stalkier growth.) I would buy the same weed wacker and this trim-line again.

Seems like most things I have been buying there is junk! Sorry but I used to like this store a lot but in the last few yrs it has gone down hill in quality items!--you ask!

Great Fit for B&D Trimmer, but Pricey

While this is the exact replacement spool for our B& trimmer/edger, it is a little pricey -- seems like it is too much for what it is

Works as advertized

I was rewinding my spools and this is much easier.

Its the one that fits my trimmer

This trimmer line is fine and the spools last and hold up to my abuse but the actual trimmer itself is not so great. Would not purchase again. prefer the single thread lines.-Just my preference
