Just out of the box, disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am replacing my Shark lift away thinking this might be superior but I haven't even turned it on and am trying understand how to sweep under furniture with this. The Shark lift away had an attachment to sweep under beds and chairs and on the stairs, once I lift this away there is no way to use this in a similar manner. Buyer beware for sure, I wouldn't have purchased this if I'd realized.

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it's a lift off but that is that only good thing about this vacuum. It doesn't suck up very good, kinda heavy, the attachment angle is awkward, you have to pretty much lay the house down to use it and the hose.....the hose is way too short. I would not recommend this vacuum at all.

Worked for 30 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had high hopes for this vac. It worked for about 30 days and we used it 2-3 times a week for our 2 cats. After that it started spitting trash and dirt out everywhere. When placed on manual push it will not suck up anything. Very disappointed.

Short Lifespan - Bad Roller Brush Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this vacuum for about 2 years now and I have already had to replace the roller brush (P/N: 1611316) twice. After normal use, it will start to seize up, eventually causing the belt to fail. This is regardless of how often you clean the brush of hair/lint. It's a bad design period.

Wish I hadn't Bought This

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this during the holidays when my old vacumn died. Since then I have had to remove the bottom plate and clean it every time I use it. It doesn't pick up lint and other things from my area rugs and then leaves a trail of dirt on the floor. When I remove the hose to suck it up, that works fine but it just doesn't seem to pick up normally like a vacumn should. I am very disappointed but it had good reviews and seemed perfect for my need...

Sorry I bought this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate that it swivels. If it had said it on the box, I would never have bought it. As for picking up pet hair, it has great suction, but the hair gets clogged before it even gets to the tank. I have another Bissell vacuum that is really great, so I honestly thought this one would be too. Very disappointing product.

I don't know if this model has issues or not but I regularly clean out the canisters and wheel/brush so there shouldn't be any reason for it to break. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love mine. the first vacuum I had, all of sudden I was spending hour or so just vacuum pup hair off the sofa. I thought maybe I do need to replace the filter in front of the motor. so I called to order it, I said, it doesn't have as much power. the person went through a bunch of things to making sure the hose wasn't clogged, etc. because it was under warranty, they sent a new one. there is no bissel places near by here. maybe there should be....

Good and bad

Don't buy this vacuum if your pet sheds!!!

The pet hair will wrap around both ends of the brush roller bar and causes the brush to stop spinning. After each use, you have to remove the roller shield and the brush roller to remove the tightly wrapped hair on the metal roller bar ends. I'm going to purchase a brush roller replacement. I like the pet attachment it worked great , the vacuum really picks up, it side and front suction is visible when it pulls hair balls toward the vacuum. It's amazing. Not good for hardwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire home is bare floor. There is no attachment to use with the hose. Can't even purchase one separately. Would have been nice. Works beautifully on carpet and upholstery but is absolutely horrid for bare floors. So I wasted my money. Lovely!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a senior (80+) and I use the sweeper for carpet cleaning in my home. I have a Golden and there is a lot of hair to keep under control. It does pick up the hair but the sweeper is difficult to push perhaps due to the fact that my carpet is new although not "plush". All the other features are helpful.

Horrible vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst vacuum ever, picks up dog hair but nothing else. My whole house is hardwood floor and it doesn't pick anything up, it spits out dust and trash and makes my floor look dirtier. I'm so disappointed because I threw out the original packaging and don't think I can return it anymore. It took hard earned money to buy this vacuum and now we can't even use it. I have to look for a vacuum that works on my floors. I am never using bisell again.

Great for Pet Parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great job of picking up cat and dog hair...does a much better job than the vacuum I had previously. It was easy to assemble and it is easy to dump the pet hair from the collection cup, lift off for stair vacuuming and replace, and turn off the brush roller to vacuum the hardwood floors. Perfect vacuum for a pet household.

Wonderful vacuum

So far everything has worked as expected and the customer service was excellent.
