Would Not RecommendHaving been a janitor for over 40 years, this is the worst contraption ever invented! I will just go through all the annoying aspects as I have just tried to clean the house with it again and it always causes more aggravation than satisfaction...The cord, has to be held in order to keep it out of the way, I use a velcro strap to keep it where it should be at the top of the handle... the hoses continually disconnect themselves so they are now held in place with electrical tape... the attachments ...

Would RecommendWe needed to do something with 2 pets roaming the domicile. The two brands we had just weren't cutting it; so, we thought we'd give this product a try. We are 100% satisfied. It picks up all, yes, all of the hair with one pass. The lights on the front are extremely helpful and very bright. The Pick-up (hand-held) feature is also very handy. You will not be disappointed with your purchase.

Would RecommendThe pivoting head takes a little learning, but wow the places it can go. I love the light feature in the front to see where and what needs to be vacuumed. I do wish there was a better way to secure the cord not to run over it.

Great if you DON'T have pets with fur
Would Not RecommendUnbelievably frustrated with this vacuum. It advertises as a pet-hair type vacuum but it does not work with any pet hair. I have to literally unscrew 8 screws to get the cover off to get the pet hair out of the roller. If the roller isn't functioning, like it is now, then the vacuum does not work properly. I hate this vacuum and wish I had never purchased it. Bissell is falsely advertising this vacuum.
