Would Not RecommendAlmost every time I use this vacuum, I have to turn it off, turn it over, and clean out the brush roller. I never had to do this with my last vacuum. It's really annoying. Additionally, I have to go over spots 2-3 times to pick up everything. I contacted Bissell support, but they were of no help at all. On the plus side, the small brush roller attachment works great on upholstery. The vacuum is also lighter in weight than others I've used. Overall, I would not recommend this.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am replacing my Dyson with this vacuum. I love how it is lighter. I also have noticed how much MORE it sucks out of my carpet. I love how easy the wand detaches/attaches. Wish it had a little bit longer cord, but that's my only complaint!

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brush roll gets hair stuck in the sides where it connects to the vacuum. You think a vacuum designed for picking up pet hair would be designed so hair can't clog up the brush roll and cause it to stop spinning which causes the rubber that helps spin it to start burning.

Mine has a lift off option and love the detachable wand that allows me to do crevices upholstery and everything else. Very easy to clean afterwards. The turbo tool is very useful for getting upholstery done. In trying to use the power brush attachment to clean the hair off the sofa, the entire machine falls over from the hose suction and lack of weight in the base unit. If you use the attachment with the extension wand, the attachment looses power and does not pick up the hair. Would RecommendIt really cleans up that pasty pet hair good. Some regular cleaning maintenance required. Just like any vacuum cleaner if you got a dog cleaning pet hair will cause your vacuum to smell. Most canister vacuum allows you to be able to take apart. And clean the dust/hair collecting chamber.
