When I first opened this vacuum, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the vacuum looked and how it was surprisingly lightweight. I am a mother of two toddler boys and two shedding, fur-baby girls. My home is around 1800 sqft and a mix between tile and area rugs. We also deal with a lot of dirt from the backyard currently so that's another added mess for me. This vacuum kept up with my large, expensive upright. Vacuuming is one of those chores that I dread because it feels like no matter what I do there will always be pet hair. Toddler, Golden Retriever and Two Cats Tested

Keeping your floors clean with a nonstop toddler, a golden retriever and two cats is no joke. I've been using my last vacuum for the last 5 years so that's my comparison for this vacuum. Install was as easy as snapping on the wand and hose, then adding the attachments. It took me longer to get everything out than it did to actually put it together. Lightweight Bissell vacuum outperforms expensive competition

I've owned a variety of vacuums over the years, including very expensive ones from Kirby and Dyson. Unexpectedly, after hours of use, I can say that the Bissel Multiclean Allergen Pet vacuum is without question the best performing and most versatile vac I have ever used. Great for pet owners

I will start by saying that I am a mom of a large family and dogs so we can be rough on our vacuums; but I believe this one is up for the job. It is advertised specifically as a pet friendly vacuum and it delivers on that promise. It has a very strong suction and between that and the accessories, pet hair is no obstacle. Great at picking up pet hair!

I am a busy mom with a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and a cat. My home is tiled throughout with the occasional area rug and carpet in the kids rooms. This vacuum was pretty good at getting rid of pet hair. Very effective and easy to use! Great on floors!

This vacuum is very easy to use and very effective! It pushes and turns around furniture and corners super easily on a variety of surfaces. Most importantly the vacuum did a great job picking up plenty of dust and debris even after my robot vacuum had run just the day before. Overall, this vacuum was effective at cleaning the carpet and hardwood floors. It was also somewhat effective at cleaning the couch with the upholstery attachment but the suction could have been better. I evaluated the suction power based on its ability to pick up dog hair and other debris from the wood floor as well as carpet. Works great in a rough collie household

I'm going to start this review by saying we are a house that has a rough collie...if you aren't sure what that is think Lassie and lots of fur. The vacuum is able to pick up a lot in very little time. It is light and maneuverable and my favorite feature is how the hair doesn't get tangled around the roller. You can just pull it out instead of cutting it out. Thank you to the stellar panel for sending me this product to review.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Bissell Multiclean Allergen Pet Vacuum! I love how snuggly all of the attachments fit; you won't have to worry about knocking them off every five seconds or losing them because you have to store them somewhere other than on your vacuum. I was given this vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My overall impression is that, while the tangle-free brush roll and small brush roll attachment are quite effective at removing pet hair, those benefits are outweighed by the overall clunkiness of the vacuum. With two small children, a dog and 3 adults living in one house we use our vacuum on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day! Super pleased with this vacuum! Prior to opening and setting up, which is incredibly easy, I vacuumed my entire house with our old vacuum. I was shocked at how much additional hair this sucker was able to pick up when I vacuum immediately after putting it together.
