Great cordless vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is great for small or hard to clean spaces that I can't get with my floor vacuum. I used this on my stairs and car and it has picked up so much dust and sand I should have bought this earlier.

Awesome Little Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two large shedding dogs so this comes in really handy. It's lightweight and works beautifully on laminate, wood, tiles etc. I don't recommend it if you're needing your rugs vacuumed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed replacement battery, as it didn't work out of the box. That was a quick fix and now I love it. I wish it came with a wall mount (I ordered one for an extra $8 after the fact) or some other way to store the attachments, but it works well for what we needed!

Horrible and came with broken adapter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adapter came broken. Waited 45 minutes for customer service and after 100 questions, was told a replacement adapter will be mailed. Estimated time arrival is between 5/12 - 5/14. It is not 5/17 and the status not shipped. No email service. I have a brand new inoperable vacuum for almost a month at this point.

Great little cordless vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this little vacuum. Lots of great attachments, excellent suction, charge holds for a long time. Great to run straight from carpet to hardwood. Took off one star because we had our original one for a year and a half then I barely knocked it against a wall on accident and the fan shattered. Could not find a replacement fan so had to replace the whole thing.

Wish it worked out

I was then put on hold to source a new charger from a vendor in my zip code. To just let me know at the very end I was getting reimbursed because there weren't any. Still waiting on it.
