We still use our shark for deep cleaning on carpet, but it's good to use for quick every day refreshes even on carpet. I love that it has a light so I don't have to turn every light on in a room when I take it around. It's a little weird when it backs up, I didn't think it was sucking unless it went forward. Putting the pieces together and taking them apart is easy. Comes with different parts so you can reach a lot of different and or hard to get places including a head to vacuum the couch! Very sleek design, doesn't need a big storage space sits nicely in the corner of our room. Powerful vacuum for rugs! We love it!

The machine is easy and pretty light. On the first charge, the battery needs about a full day before you will see the bars light up. It's worth the wait. Really good upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the multi reach vacuum for use in our RV. It is sleek and easy to store. Haven't used it in the camper yet but used it on kitchen floor in our house. Seems to have great suction.

I got mine today and was very excited as I wanted for a week to get it. Right out of the box mine did not work after charging the battery I contacted costumer service and they are sending me a replacement charger we will see if that works.

Great cordless vacuum

Best sweeper I've ever had. Comparable to Dyson!

I've had an Electrolux and a black and decker before and they didn't last long or come close to working as well as this. Great suction power in hardwood and carpet and the battery lasts through sweeping my entire house (it's small, littler under 900 sq ft) super happy with my purchase!
