Would RecommendThis little machine works so well, so fast. I can't even detect that a pet diarrhea stain was even there. The Bissel cleaning solution has a pleasant smell.

I use this machine to clean our upholstered furniture, it does a great job of lifting the dirt off and its easy to use. I save money cleaning my furniture myself. I rated this product 4 stars because it is new for me, to get 5 stars I will need to see how it does over time after several uses.

Would RecommendThis product works great! Easy to use! Great results. Over time, though, it developed a strong mildew smell. We cleaned it thoroughly, but it still wreaks of mildew. That duckbill part just absolutely absorbed the mildew smell-tried E V E R Y T H I N G to get that smell out. Nothing. Nothing has worked. And we are pretty meticulous with our tools/appliances, etc
