Would Not RecommendAfter using Bissell products for years, I am saddened to say this was very disappointing. The suction is very poor, and the self-cleaning function leaks. To add, I would not consider a tool self-cleaning when you still have to manually clean it. The scrub bristles grab pet hair, but if you do not manually remove it right away, it will fall off as you’re cleaning. I like the portability of it, but that’s all. I would not recommend this product, especially not for the price.

Would RecommendThis works SO well for smaller areas. I used it for an area that my shampoo cleaner couldn’t reach closer to the wall to clean up cat urine and it worked so well. It kind of leaks water around the tube part and I have to dry that part of it after using but still worked very well while using and wasn’t leaking while in use.

It is small and lightweight enough to be easily portable all over the house, even when the canister(s) are loaded with liquid (cleaning solution or waste water), yet powerful enough to deal with nasty messes. I got this because I have a new puppy who was having problems with training; lots of indoor urine messes on the carpet. I had used other enzymatic products, which prevented stains, but I couldn’t abide the scent, and could still catch a whiff of the origin...
