I would not buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning this for 3 months I have had 2 belts broken and am on the 3rd belt. I have 2 dogs and It needs to be cleaned out constantly. I bought this vacuum because I previously owned the bissell pet hair eraser for 5 years. It rarely needed to be cleaned out and the belt broke once. I loved that model. I am extremely disappointed with the new model. It has serious flaws and I regret not returning it within the 30 day trial period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before being released from the hospital, a key requirement from a liver transplant transplant was to thoroughly clean my daughter in laws house. Your vacuum performed extremely well!! Far beyond my expectations! I was impressed with the attachments, too. Typically attachments were out of sight/out of mind. The convenience of being on the vacuum has made using them a win-win!

Another Bissell product in my house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new everyday vacuum. Oh my it shocked me how much it pulled up from the carpet. It's everything I expected and maybe more. So easy to use and empty. I will always buy Bissell. And thank you Kathy Bissell for all you do for pets.

Great vacuum!

It works really well and I love the swivel head on it. It picks up everything and does an amazing job on both carpets and hardwood floors.

Jams with Pet Hair Constantly

What happens is the hair gradually builds up in between the belt and the brush roller until the belt jams, the brushes stop moving, and it actually starts SMOKING. Love the swivel aspect that makes it so much easier to get in corners and around furniture. Amazed (and disgusted) by how much it got out of my "clean" carpet....verified how little my old vacuum was actually doing.

Roller melted, burned rug

While using the hand held adapter to the vacuum, the roller was on the carpet because of the reaching distance. All of a sudden our room had a hazy of smoke. My husband could smell it burning and quickly patted the carpet where is was burning and ran the vacuum outside because it was smoking too.

Powerful suction and cord rewind are the only benefits.

The vacuum was full of dust and pet hair when I first ran it in my living room. The cord rewind is also a nice feature. The vacuum's brushroll still runs even when you're using the hose.
