It's working great!

good product

Great product so far, I've only had it less than a month. This replaces my 20 yr old Dyson. I was surprised and impressed with how well this vacuum picked up and the ease of use. The retractable cord is a nice length, so I don't have to constantly plug/unplug. Cleaning out the cannister is pretty easy as well. Great suction, but clunky

Great suction, especially for pet hair off of couches. A little heavy and clunky so not great if you want to bring it up a lot of flights of stairs.

Great for dusty areas or thick carpet

Not worth it at all

Bought this product about 3 months ago, I wouldn’t recommend this product at all. The cord is too short and it doesn’t have anywhere to hang it when you are vacuuming. It says it is tangle free from hair, but it tangles up, all ready had to take apart to cut the hair off the brush. The suction on it worked just great for the first few months, but now hardly has any suction at all. JUNK!!!

The best Vacuum!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! I don't think my Carpets have ever looked or felt so clean. I have had many vacuums, and this is the best one so far. I also love the retractable cord.

Unfortunate performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very underwhelmed with the suction and the amount of hair/soil it didn't pick up. The suction was subpar and I returned it after two uses. The two things I did like about it were the stair attachment and the retracting cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is the worst I've ever used. I got it because it was rated a 10 on a review. I wouldn't rate this a 5. It's very hard to push around. Takes a lot of effort. It dumps chunks of hair out as you're vacuuming. Like other reviewers mentioned the hair gets all caught up in the belt area. I had to take mine all apart because it started making a strange noise and smelling funny. Could not believe the amount of hair packed into the belt area...

This is by far the best vacuum I've ever used to pick up their hair. I also have a robot vacuum that we run every night, but we use this once or twice a week to get deep into the carpet and places the robot can't reach. Belt broke first time I used it

I was impressed and amazed by how much fur/dirt it was pulling out of the carpet-despite the fact I'd just used my old vacuum 3 days earlier AND had used my bissell carpet cleaner as well. However, after 20 minutes of vacuuming I noticed a burnt rubber smell, and the brush quit working. I opened it up and the belt was already broken. I'm now stuck waiting on a replacement belt before I can vacuum. It was ...
