It does what I want

I didn’t need a deep clean, but a surface clean before company came for the holidays. The machine did what I needed it to do. To get a deep cleaning I still will need a professional. I had some trouble keeping water from sliding off my Scotch Guarded fabric, but I did manage to clean most of the surface dirt and the hair left behind by my cat. There’s one purple stain that I know I left, but I can’t remember how I did it. It’s still a shadow of itself.

Works amazingly!

This machine works exactly as described, gets out incredibly tough stains. Very happy with the purchase.

Handy cleaner for spot messes

Easy to use. I used it on several old, dried stains (cat vomit), and it did a reasonably good job of removing most of the discoloration remaining after earlier attempts (which I had done immediately after the vomiting events) with dish soap and water and scrubbing. Results with this cleaner likely would have been better if I had tackled the stains immediately, before they "set," but I hadn't bought this cleaner yet. Worked well

It really did do a deep clean on old stains. I wish it would not spray all over the place when spraying the solution. I had to keep towels on the floor for the amount of liquid that was over spraying

Preventable leak but great cleaner. Recommend buy.

Bought this to test cleaning and for stairs. If passed, I'll bite the bullet and buy a floor model. Most negative reviews were about leaking. It cleaned great (off-white Berber carpet) and is built very well. I did experience leakage when dipping the hose in water for cleaning. I found if I put slight pressure on the dirty water container it stopped. I've only had this a few days so longevity is unknown. Great for stairs

I bought this mainly to clean our carpeted stairs. It was super easy to use and maneuver. Sure, I had to refill it every few stairs, but the ease of use made up for that.

Green Mini is good for small jobs

I like how easy it is to maneuver for a small clean up job. I don’t care to be on my hands and knees for the whole house. My upright Bissell will work for that.

Good machine

It seems to be working on getting stains and hair off my rug. I’ve done it a few times since it’s been there for a while and seems to be working.

Cute but wimpy

Poor engineering to achieve cute design. They must have designed the look and then told the engineers to make it work, but it didn’t go well. Unlike our full size Bissell upright pet carpet cleaner that is as strong as something you would rent, this is weak. The upright is designed so you turn the solution bottle upside down and it stands while you fill it, but this one’s reservoir doesn’t have a flat so you have to hold it while filling, and boy is that annoying if you have not uncapped the c...
