Would RecommendPurchased 11/03/23 at Lowes and after almost 2 months now, it seems to be as expected. Fun to drive around my acreage and is quite the workhorse too. The driver door latch broke off in my hand (cheap pot metal) and I'll remove the doors tomorrow. Decent power for a 500cc engine. Jumps out of low occasionally but able to finally hold in low. Needs low gear in high load conditions like loaded pulling up incline. Warranty claims are serviced over an hour drive away...not convenient in any way. Door...

Would RecommendI do not like the little so called safety bars on the seat. I was told they were to keep you from falling out. Not true, they only come about half way up your leg. Will look into removing them. If you are going to put doors on these UTV's they should be higher than what they are. A waste of material and just hikes the price up.

Would Not RecommendONE THING YOU NEED TO KNOW: You are buying a HEADACHE! NEITHER Lowe's nor Axis care if ir runs! We bought brand new Axis at Conyers Lowe's May 23, 2023. Our kids got 2 pasture rides before it began dying in the field. We had to haul it from McDonough to Griffin after long talks with Texas in September; they said we had to haul it to Griffin .... Would Not RecommendWe purchased this in September and when you run it for a few miles, it shuts off because you used one gallon of the gas. Even though there is still over 6 gallons of gas in it, it will not run. You have to fill it back up full and then it does the same thing. We are returning it to Lowes.

Would Not RecommendReturned this junk 6 hours after purchase. Picked up in am but the 1st machine didn’t stay running. Swapped out for a 2nd machine that barely ran at all when I got to my property. Do NOT waste your money on this junk. Lowes should discontinue selling this Axis trash. Thank god the staff was great and admitted that they are junk and getting many returned.

Would Not RecommendMy unit has been having problems since July. Only 16 hours …. Will not start sometimes and also smoking on startup. No local support and the mobile tech only comes months at a time. Can’t even use this unit as I would like due to the problems. I have been in contact with Hisun and their mobile tech . Most of the time they don’t answer back. Worst purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Like the vehicle, but disappointed in the hitch bracket that was not sized properly to accept a 1 1/4" hitch as was represented in the manual. The "side bars" in the seats are not made to accommodate we larger than Far Eastern people and had to be removed.

Would Not RecommendWas told machine was ready for pickup. Battery was dead, needed gas, would not start. Professional technicians said they would have to call repair person. I found wire not connected tech said it was to diagnose engine. Plugged it in and machine started operating immediately. Got it home it would barely run.
