Would Not RecommendI can’t review the quality of the item, because after Lowe’s took my money, they chose to not deliver it, and they have refused to provide any status information. I ordered this water dispenser on November 27. Delivery was supposed to be for 12/4. It is 12/10 now. It has not been delivered and tracking information just says “Shipped” w/o any info or dates. No ETA after 2 weeks. Lowe’s says it was lost but they haven’t confirmed my cancellation or refunded my money. They don’t provide ANY informa...

Would RecommendNice looking water cooler and does what it is supposed to do, dispense hot and cold water. I have only had one minor issue for this cooler but it doesn't affect my rating because it was a simple fix. I believe ice had built up after some time, which wouldn't allow me to dispense water. To fix this I unplugged the cooler overnight to let it thaw out and plugged it back in the following day and it works as it should.

Would RecommendI like the fact that it's bottom loading. As long as you insert the probe correctly, all of the water will be used. It's also self-cleaning, which is always a plus! Assembly was fairly simple, although I had issues with the initial rinse of the system. Other than that, I highly recommend purchasing.

It’s a good product
The only complained I have is there is no finger(s) indent/pull to open the door. Other than that I really like the options for the temperatures for the water and be able to turn off an option. If you want just room temp water just leave the hot and cold buttons off. Anyway the unit is worth the money.
