The truth is that the hot water never gets beyond 150 degrees. The manufacturer has sent me two different A3BLK dispenser units because of the issue with hot water not heating as advertised. Neither unit would heat water above 150 degrees at its hottest point. I am disappointed that the hot water doesn't get even close to 185 degrees. Would RecommendSo quiet it seems to be invisible. Great machine and only complaint— had to shim to get it level. Either missing adjustable feet or doesn’t have them. Otherwise, excellent and highly recommended!
