Had one for 5 years and quit dispensing. The downfall is you can’t speak to anyone to troubleshoot. Everything is done by email which isn’t always the quickest! We ended up buying a new one.

Would RecommendHave only had for a few days, but so far it's great. Easy setup and crisp cold water. Really like being able to place a tall cup under spout and pressing a button on top. Love the ease of the 5 gallon bottle going underneath instead of lifting to the top.
