Would RecommendOnly have a week, and the bottom load is convenient. Hot water very hot, and cold is cold. Only drawback is the night light is not bright enough to see inside containers when filling( when dark), and there isn't much room where the water spouts are from front to back; making it a little difficult to fill large stainless mugs. It seems like all the manufacturers are like this for this price model purchased. Honest review.
