bought this today to glue rattan wicker to the legs of an old rattan chair. The hot glue made it much easier to rewind the old wicker around the legs uniformly and neatly. looking for the next project!

Let it warm up for 10 minutes first

Dual Temp

Doesn't stay while on setting while using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for a do it yourself project. However, I am not happy with it. The low high setting is at the back of the handle. When you mash the trigger for the glue to come out, it moves the high low setting. I actually had to put a piece of tape on it so it would stop moving.

Works well and reasonably priced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works well. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. I have used it for attaching a meter to a wall and repairing a shoe. My only complaint is with the feed mechanism. It works well but requires two glue sticks to function. This is a minor problem.

Heats Up Fast & Doesn't Scorch Your Skin!

The high temperature setting heats up quickly and the glue is melted and does what it's supposed to. Got some on my finger, but it wasn't a 1st degree burn like the last one we had.

Works as intended

Waste glue

I bought this glue gun and I think it's terrible. It waste a lot of glue. Glue continuously runs out of the tip. It makes a messy messy glue contact. It just gets glue everywhere.
