The nuts on the handle bars were loose one fell out the other as about to fall off

Upon delivery it had a broken shear pin, and a grease fitting was stripped out. This must have been a return, plus only had 1 key. I haven't used it yet, so I can't speak to the power or snowblowing. I would suggest you check the things I listed.

Horrible Customer Service - Damaged Unit

Unit arrived missing the key, called store and they told me to come pick it up. Are you kidding me!! I called corporate and the store manager delivered the key 3 hours later. THEN....Start it up and go to run it, making a loud banging noise when the impellers were engaged. called store and they said they would exchange unit in 2 days. Delivery never showed up, so I asked for a refund, which they granted. Old unit picked up and two days later, a delivery truck shows up trying to drop off another ...

RELIABLE & EFFICIENT:

This product is powerful and will handle removing the snow from my driveway, making snowstorms enjoyable and knowing my driveway will be clear with little effort.

Lowes can work with you, pending the store.

That it was used, and I was under the assumption it was new. Product was exchanged for something I paid for and waited for delivery, but the product was not ordered or arriving. So, this was product was offered in its place.

Unit delivered with seized engine.

After adding gas to the tank and checking the oil level to ensure oil had been added to the crankcase prior to delivery, I attempted to start the snowblower using electric start. The starter motor emitted a loud squealing noise, which indicated that it was not able to turn the engine over. I then attempted to start the engine using the pull starter. The pull starter was also jammed and I knew that if I continued to pull on the starter handle, the cord would snap. The snowblower was purchased n...

Auto turn doesn't work as well as it should

So far this snow blower is living up to all expectations; the only negitive is the "auto turn".

Overall a pretty nice unit.

The discharge directional adjustment is kind of awkward to use. On my older snow thrower it had a electrical chute control on the console. The backup in case of a failure is very much like the primary chute control rod on my new unit which I don’t understand.

Best Machine I have used

This Machine does an incredible job on clearing snow. Smooth operation and I can do my driveway in half the time. Wish I would have done this sooner. I have had many different snow blowers however this one outperforms all of them and this one makes for less work and more production hands down.

Assembly instructions are trash

I have not even used the snow blower yet. I am basing this rating purely off the assembly instruction being useless cartoon pictures that you have to half guess as to what the cartoon image means. Product came with free assembly but would have added several days to delivery time and I didn't want to wait. If you buy this, have it assembled, otherwise don't waste your time. This is not worth the frustration, I'd rather shovel.
