I was told twice in the lowes App that this snowblower was ready for pickup. First time I drove to Lowe's, I was told that the snowblower hadn't shipped from Ariens. Second time - today, I was told from the app that it was ready for pickup. I drove down to Lowe's, spoke to a rep and was told it was ready for pickup and would be right out to place in my truck. after 15 minutes of waiting, we were told that it wasn't assembled. 20 inches of wet snow - no problem!

Amazing snow blower! It handles wet snow and slush without clogging. When the load gets heavy the engine automatically opens the throttle to clear the chute and keeps on going. In reverse the tires loose traction so I am thinking about ordering chains for the tires.

A needed size

Today was the big blizzard of 2026. 24” locally, 1st time with the Ariens which I specifically purchased in this 28” size and power to be able to deal with 2 ft snowfalls. My older blower was a 22”, much less powerful and would really struggle with today’s snow. The Ariens is a big machine, needs to be manhandled, but cuts through the street drifts left by the city snowplows, with ease. As a result, it’s much faster that the 22” model. Garbage

Used it today for the first time and the auger weld was so poor it came apart and bent backwards.

The beast

Just bought for February 26 snow storm, great machine only thing i would have liked would be the tracks but could not find them anywhere, i got lucky and found this one in Loews, i mainly use it for the back yard 100'X100' for our 100lb dog, i lifted the skates up so it dosent rip up the grass, used it 2 times so far and its a beast, i will be ordering tire chains for it, love this snow monster.
